Apparently all I needed was to up my protein game to lose weight, and this app makes it so easy to do so. My working out consists of walking and light lifting with my other app. I do not workout super often, and my lifting is limited due to injuries. I really didn’t think I needed as much protein as this app gives me since I’m mostly sedentary. It even gives you a workout plan if you don’t have another one to use. It’s super easy to save meals you like and ignore ones you don’t, so you don’t get them again. This app is very easy to use, and the meals can either be simple or if you like to cook, more complex. So I finally got this app, and a lifting app. I saw doctors and dieticians and it never made a difference with my weight loss. I tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to lose weight. I’ve been using this for about a year now though. If you’re having trouble losing weight, this is the app for you Now that I have all the basics of it down, I really love it and recommend it to all of my friends. When I didn’t understand how to really use this app it kind of frustrated me. It isn’t show stopping, not that I necessarily expect that from a fitness app. It takes a bit of searching around to figure certain things out. I wouldn’t say this app is completely intuitive. The only cons are the user interface and the ease of use. When you go to do strength training for exercises you haven’t done before in the app, it guides you through a strength test. You can pick the days you want to workout. It lets you have an option for a “cheat” day or meal. I thought I would give it a try and see if I could learn to like it (I couldn’t, it was disgusting to me). I have tried one thing I didn’t like and that was more a personal preference thing. It gives you a grocery list for your meals. You can figure out your macros and calories from your goals. It really is just like having a personal trainer.
